1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and all authorised activity under your account.
2. Permitted use
You may use Bill Bana for lawful business billing and record-management purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, interfere with other users, or use Bill Bana for illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.
3. Business records and statutory compliance
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of invoices, GSTINs, HSN/SAC details, tax calculations, customer information, returns, exports, and other records created through Bill Bana. You must independently verify information before filing it with government portals or relying on it for statutory purposes.
Bill Bana does not provide tax, legal, investment, banking, lending, insurance, or financial advice.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Some features may require a trial or paid subscription. Available plans, limits, pricing, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown in the application. Payments may be processed by an external payment provider. Except where required by law, charges for an activated subscription may not be refundable.
5. Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, but we work to maintain a reliable service.
6. Intellectual property
Bill Bana, its branding, software, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your business records remain yours, subject to the permissions needed for us to operate the service.
7. Limitation and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Bill Bana is provided on an “as available” basis. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, maintaining suitable records, and meeting your legal and tax obligations.
8. Termination and contact
You may stop using Bill Bana and request account deletion. We may restrict access for material violations, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements.
